Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 2026
Welcome to Atlasia.cloud. We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring strict adherence to international privacy frameworks, including the GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA. This Privacy Policy comprehensively outlines our data handling methodologies, exactly what information our systems process, and your fundamental rights as a user of our AI-powered website diagnostic platform.
1. How Our Auditing Engine Operates
Atlasia.cloud functions as a real-time, non-invasive performance and SEO scanner. When you submit a URL to our system:
- Public Data Parsing: We fetch and parse the public HTML, CSS, JavaScript framework signatures, and network waterfall of the requested URL.
- Anonymized Diagnostics: We do NOT capture, scrape, or extract any personally identifiable information (PII) from the websites you test unless it is already completely public (such as standard Meta tags).
- Report Generation: The resulting diagnostic reports may be cached temporarily to improve platform speeds, but they are never sold, rented, or distributed to third-party data brokers.
2. Data We Manage & Process
While operating the Atlasia.cloud platform, our infrastructure processes specific subsets of data to ensure system stability, prevent abuse, and optimize our AI models:
- Standard Telemetry: Log data including anonymized IP addresses, browser capabilities, requesting timestamps, and referring pages.
- User-submitted Values: Target URLs submitted into our hero scanner.
- Cookie Identifiers: Secure session cookies used solely for managing your local preferences, caching reports, and maintaining analytics integrity.
3. Your Data Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
We believe that privacy is a fundamental human right. Depending on your jurisdiction, you have definitive rights over your data:
The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data stored by Atlasia.cloud.
The right to rectification: You may request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.
The right to erasure: You maintain the "right to be forgotten" and may request the complete deletion of your data from our servers.
The right to restrict processing: You hold the right to request that we cease localized processing of your data under specific conditions.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): California residents hold the explicit right to request disclosure of data collection metrics and the right to opt-out of third-party sales. Atlasia.cloud explicitly does NOT sell your data.
4. Monetization, AdSense & Third-Party Cookies
Atlasia.cloud is a 100% free tool. To cover immense server and AI computation costs, we monetize the platform through verified ad networks, primarily Google AdSense.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses the DART cookie to serve relevant advertisements based on your prior visits to our platform and the broader internet. We maintain rigorous controls over ad placements, but we do not natively control the telemetry scripts executed by Google. You may completely opt-out of DART cookies and personalized advertising via the Google Ad and Content Network privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we will protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
6. Children's Privacy
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. Atlasia.cloud does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
